navigating is hard.

a disaster i’m guessing.
for some reason or another, the butterfly effect and all.

no good deed,
good, bad—

i see my kid going through it too— the navigating.
it’s hard.
harder even, i’d say.
we are the kind
who navigate the un—
navigators.
a fawner always caught
in the headlights.
it’s quite exhausting,
really.
