losing sight /lo͞oziNG/ resulting in defeat /sīt/a range of mental vision

will we spill more time

between

our empty spaces? will we, simmer

on the surface,

live in the somewhere

we never intended

to be? will we  watch

our_selves lose sight

of what once inspired?

will we let

regrets noise, kill the music? 

was it even a thing, dancing

in the headlights

of that old GTO.
